![]() ![]() And besides when I listen to those files in Winamp I hear no clipping or distortion.Īnyway is there any alternative method that I haven´t tried with LAME encoder, because there must be something different with the other files that have no clipping nor distortion(I have like 20 other albums that sound just fine). ![]() If I listen to any other MP3 by another artist I hear zero-nada-keine clipping or distort. The strange thing is that this doesn´t happen with any other MP3 just with this specific artist. it`s a generic portable MP3 player with samsung chip. I´am suspecting is has something to do with the builtin decoder of the portable MP3. Well with the other files I´ve downloaded I hear the same distortion. The point is that I tried downloading the same files directly encoded to MP3 from another source ( I suppose directly cd-ripped to MP3). I´ve tried every possible way to get rid of this I used every possible command in LAME encoder (scale, normalize, replay gain) nothing worked. From time to time I hear some sort of distortion like clipping something like static interference. I have a collection of FLAC files and converted them over MP3 with dbpoweramp using the lame encoder. I ´m having some sort of strange problem with MP3 encoded with lame and dbpoweramp from FLAC source. The silly reason why for the phone I still prefer Folder Player is its option to set an extra-large screen font, which is really handy for example when playing from the phone music collection through car audio. I can´t nail down the problem maybe it´s a problem with my portable MP3 portable player or maybe with Lame encoder. BTW, did you know that since last year there’s a 1by1 version for Android, too APK download at the 1by1 site. ![]() I really don´t know where does this post fits. ![]()
